that was disappointing, so i thought to have one here 
I have tried my
best to imitate it as it is but i didnt got 100% success
in it. There are some UI bugs that are noticeable and that’s because
basically i am PHP developer and i am newbie to CSS. I request users, if
u have better CSS suggestion to make this script better, you are always
welcome.
Updates : This post “Facebook like comment script using php jquery and ajax” was posted on Feb 2011 and i am editing this post after almost 1 year. This script got good success more than my expectations. This page was on first page of google when you search for “Facebook like comment script”. It was one of the top visited page for 6-8 months. Demo page for this Facebook comment script have more that 8.5k comments.
In this 1 years time i released many updates for this script, you can see basic version’s look and feel in image below which is totally different from the one we have live, after that i worked on it really hard as it was on first page of google for search word “facebook comment script” , Basic script had some limitations/drawbacks so i thought to redesign the script. Below are the updated added to facebook comment script
1) User interface was not much like real facebook commen system
2) I was using gravatar only
3) Its compatible with almost all major browsers
4) Added name field
5) Removed UI bug (chrome only)
6) Added “view all xx comment” link to show all available comments
7) Added shadow effect for comment auther image, and entire comment holder div, which also support Internet explorer (Its unbelievable but true :P)
8 ) Added character limit to comment text length, Now on user can only enter comment with maximum length of 200 characters.
